Hi,

I am Maneet Puri, the Managing Director of Lexolution IT Services (LIT), a professional web design firm. A talented web consultant or a perfect leader as many consider, I believe in just being realistic. Taking life and its offerings in a very different perspective has been my habit all these years, due to which things have paid-off pretty well. Journey as a ‘Software Developer’ then and now as a Managing Director has been learning as well as equally inspiring. I have always believed in leadership by example and because of that at LIT I have some of the most experienced and enthusiastic web professionals working for me.

LIT happened in the year 2006 and since then, there has been no looking back. Today, I believe LIT is a brand name that many reckon with and thanks to our work ethics as a team, we have a global clientele to brag about. My secret to a successful management, which many ask me too, is nothing but sharing the same hunger for perfection among my team members. Motivation has always been in my stride in different forms, for instance being awarded as ‘Director of Technology’ by renowned data leasing firm K12 Data Inc., USA.

Rarely, when I am not working, I prefer innovative brainstorming on web solutions for my potential clients. I prefer to interact with my loyal readers through interactive blogs and informative articles based on latest web technologies and design concepts. An animal lover by heart, I prefer exploring nature in any form and ofcourse, love spending time with my family as well.
